Request form for data and interfaces

Competec Service AG offers various services for faster and more efficient collaboration. Partners of the companies in the Competec Group can draw on this offer.

Please follow these instructions if you wish to request services for your company:

  • Select the desired services and complete the request form in full.
  • When exporting data, choose a format (CSV or XML).
  • An EDI connection is only possible with an annual turnover of CHF 100,000.– or more.
  • Requests are usually processed within 5 working days.
  • The SFTP access data will be sent to the technical contact, who will also be informed about possible technical modifications.
  • We review use of the access at regular intervals. If an account is not used for more than 12 months, we reserve the right to block the access.

If your company is a reseller and would like to use the option of anonymous direct delivery to end customers, please choose one of the two options below:

Anonymous direct delivery
Anonymous direct delivery with header and footer on the delivery note

The end customer receives the delivery with your address as sender on the package and delivery note. The invoice will be sent to your company as ordering party. If you would like to display your logo and further information about your company on the delivery note, you can have specific headers and footers stored in our system.

For headers and footers, BMP images with the following dimensions are required:

Header: 178 mm × 38 mm with 75 dpi (pixels/cm), 1335 × 285 pixels
Footer: 183 mm × 17 mm with 75 dpi (pixels/cm), 1378 × 128 pixels

The data on the delivery note is printed in black and white or grey scale. Image files for language versions in German and French can be stored separately if required.
